Activating the Desire to Learn by Bob Sullo
Activating the Desire to Learn is a full-day workshop for educators at all levels. You will be given a comprehensive overview of internal control psychology to equip you with a valid alternative to the familiar but flawed reward/punishment model. Participants will leave with strategies to create a need-satisfying classroom to inspire higher academic achievement. Activities will focus on building positive relationships, creating relevant lessons for students, and making sure that expectations are simultaneously challenging and realistic.
