A purchase order number is required to complete your registration if your district or organization will be paying for your registration. If you are paying personally, you will need to pay onsite with a check, cash, or credit card.

 

Purchase orders should be payable to West River Foundation. If desired, you can send it to Brenda via:

Invoices will be mailed after the conference and will reference your purchase order number.

*Team rates will apply when 3 or more individuals from the same district register to attend the Conference.

 

Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds for registration cancellations will be honored up to 10 days prior to the conference. Refunds requested after that date (including inclement weather) will be calculated at 50% the registration cost. A $20 handling fee will be charged on each cancelled registration.
